TMC LDC & Assistant Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
1. Administrative Officer III (HRD) — Graduate with Post Graduate Management Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Labour Welfare / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Public Administration.- Experience of 10 years in the H.R.D / Administration dealing with General Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter, Industrial Relations etc.- Candidates working in Govt. / Autonomous Body/ PSUs / Large Hospital / Commercial Undertaking in Administration should be in the Pay Matrix Level-9 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ service. OR-10 years’ experience in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- OR- Combined 8 years’ in the Pay Matrix Level-9 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.5400 and Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800).- Candidate working in private sector in the H.R.D / Administration should have 10 years’ experience, out of which immediate preceding 5 years or more should be holding a Senior Managerial position, drawing a gross salary of not less than Rs. 105590/- p.m. and above. |
2. Deputy Controller Of Accounts –– ICWAI / CA / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate in Commerce or passed SAS or equivalent examination.- Experience in the Accounts Department dealing with Billing, Salary, Budget, Cash & Bank, Balance Sheet etc.- Candidates with CA / ICWA qualification should have 8 years’ experience out of which immediate preceding 5 years or more should be holding a managerial position, drawing a gross salary of not less than Rs.105590/- p.m. and above- Candidates with MBA (Finance), Post Graduate in Commerce or SAS or equivalent examination should have 10 years’ experience out of which immediate preceding 5 years or more should be holding a managerial position, drawing a gross salary of not less than Rs.105590/- p.m. and above- Candidates working in the Government/Autonomous Body / PSUs in the Accounts Department should be in the Pay Matrix Level-9 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.5400/-) or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ service OR- Combined service of 08 years in the Pay Matrix Level-9 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.5400/-) and Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800/-). |
3. Administrative Officer III (Purchase and Stores) –– Graduate in any discipline with a post graduate degree / Diploma in Material Management from a reputed institution.- The candidates should have 10 years‘ experience of import of chemicals, laboratory and hospital equipment, purchase of drugs, surgical items, kits, reagents, etc. He / She should be well versed with customs clearance formalities, Purchase / Stores Information Systems and modern methods of Material Management.- Candidates working in Govt. / Autonomous Body/ PSUs / Large Hospital / Commercial Undertaking in the Purchase / Stores Department should be in the Pay Matrix Level-9 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.5400) or equivalent with minimum 5 years’ service. OR- 10 years’ experience in the Grade Pay of Rs.4800/- OR- Combined 8 years’ in the Pay Matrix Level-9 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.5400 and Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800). |
4. Deputy Administrative Officer (HRD) –– Graduate from a recognized University. Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Diploma in Human Resource Management / Labour Welfare / Industrial Relations.- Experience of 8 years’ in the H.R.D / Administration dealing with General Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter, Industrial Relations etc.- Candidates working in the Government / Autonomous Body / PSUs in the H.R.D / Administration should be in the Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800/-) or equivalent with minimum 4 years’ service. OR- Combined service of 08 years in the Pay Matrix Level-8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800/-) and Pay Matrix Level-7 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4600/-).- Candidate working in private sector in H.R.D / Administration should have 8 years’ experience, out of which immediate preceding 4 years or more should be holding a Managerial position, drawing a gross salary of not less than Rs. 83840/- p.m. and above. |
5. Assistant Accounts Officer –– ICWAI / CA / MBA (Finance) / Post Graduate in Commerce or passed SAS or equivalent examination.- Experience in the Accounts Department dealing with Billing, Salary, Budget, Cash & Bank, Balance Sheet etc.- Candidates with CA / ICWA qualification should have 3 years experience.- Candidates with MBA (Finance), SAS or equivalent examination or PostGraduate in Commerce should have 5 years experience.- Candidates working in the Government / Autonomous Body/ PSUs in the Accounts Department should have 10 years’ experience, out of which immediate preceding 3 years or more should have been in the Pay Matrix Level-6 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4200/-) or equivalent.- Candidates working in private sector in the Accounts Department should have 10 years’ experience, out of which immediate preceding 3 years or more should be holding a managerial position, drawing a gross salary of not less than Rs.69260/- p.m. and above. |
6. Assistant Purchase And Stores Officer –– Graduate from a recognized University. 7. Assistant Administrative Officer – Graduate from a recognized University. Experience of 10 years in the department of H.R.D./ Administration / Personnel dealing with General Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter etc. |
8. Assistant –– Graduate from a recognized University. Computer Course of minimum 3 months duration in Microsoft Office. Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Technology are exempted from 3 months computer course.- 7 years of clerical experience preferably in Hospital, Central Govt., Autonomous Body etc. |
9. Lower Division Clerk –– Graduate from a recognized University. Computer Course of minimum 3 months duration in Microsoft Office. Candidates with Diploma or Degree in Computer or Information Technology are exempted from 3 months computer course.- Candidates should have minimum 1-year clerical work experience. |
10. Deputy Chief Security Officer (GRADE – I ) –– Ex-servicemen / Police/ Central Para Military Personnel worked in a capacity of JCOs of Armed Forces / Police Inspector and above up to the rank of Asst Commissioner of Police / Dy. Commandant of other Central Para Military Forces and should possess graduation certificate from armed forces or any other recognized university. (Copies of Discharge Book and Driving License is mandatory while applying)- Candidates who are / were working in Govt. Organization / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Bodies should have 04 years of experience in Pay Matrix Level 8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4800) OR should have combined 06 years experience in Pay Matrix Level 7 and 8 (Pre-revised Grade Pay Rs.4600 and Rs.4800). |
11. Assistant Security Officer –a) Educational Qualification:i) Ex Servicemen / personnel served in Para Military Forces / Police Force who have rendered minimum 15 years of service and should be of the rank of Ex Havaldar or above or equivalent rank in Police / Central Para Military Forces. Should possess educational qualification equivalent to graduation certificate from Armed Forces or from any recognized University. (Copies of Discharge Book and Driving License is mandatory while applying)ii) For Civilian Candidates – Graduation from a recognized University and should be in possession of NCC ‘C’ certificate with work experience of minimum 05 years as Security Officer / Security Supervisor / Security Assistant in a large Civil Organization / Hotel / Hospital / Airport with good Public Relations qualities.b) Should possess valid driving license for LMV and Two wheelers. |
12. Security Assistant –a) Educational Qualification:i. For Ex-servicemen, Ex-Police and Ex- Central Para Military Personnel who have rendered minimum 15 years of service. Should possess 12th (10+2) Standard pass or equivalent or equivalent certificate from Armed Forces. (Copies of Discharge Book and Driving License is mandatory while applying)ii) For Civilian Candidates – 12 std. (10+2) pass is compulsory with certificate of basic course from Civil Defence or NCC ‘B’ certificate with experience of 5 years of watch and ward in any reputed Security Firm or Hospital Industry.b) Should possess valid driving license for LMV and Two wheelers. |
13. Kitchen Supervisor –– Degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology.- One year experience in a reputed Hospital or large Institutional Canteen. |
14. Cook – ‘A’ –– 10th Std. plus compulsory certified craft course in Food Production, Bakery or Cookery.- Minimum 2 years experience / Apprenticeship in 3 or 5 Star Hotel in Food Production Department. |

TMC LDC & Assistant Selection Process 2022:
Candidates will be initially screened and called for Interview / Written Examination / Skill Test on the basis of information provided by them in the online application form.
Application Fee/Exam Fee for TMC LDC & Assistant:
(i) Candidate shall pay the application fee of Rs.300/- online using Debit Card / Credit Card.
(ii) SC / ST / Female Candidates / Persons with Disabilities / Ex-servicemen (1st time applying for civil post after serving any rank) are exempted from paying application fees.
(iii) The application fee paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
