Who we are
Channeling the goodwill of communities: Very often, people of a community want to help those in need, but do not know how they can contribute, or don’t have the free time to make a significant individual contribution. At True Father, we channel the good will of community members, organizing and coordinating contributions, so as to effectively bring help to people in need.
Bringing hope to people in need: So, at heart, we are a collection of ordinary people who want to help those in need. Yet, that simple goal makes us so much more.
We have become a united team of volunteers who are drawn towards the pressing needs of the underprivileged, the distressed, the sick, and the differently-abled. These disadvantaged individuals can have no hope for the future unless their communities find within themselves the determination to help.
1. Providing Educational assistance:
A) Providing educational scholarships to children from economically weaker backgrounds.
B) Providing free books and uniforms to students below poverty line.
C) Providing educational counselling and guidance.
2. Medical assistance:
A) Organizing free medical camps.
B) Providing financial assistance to patients for medical treatment.
C) Conducting blood donation camps and vaccination drives.
D) Providing wheelchairs, spectacles and hearing aids for differently-abled persons.
3. Providing assistance to people below poverty line:
A) Providing humanitarian aid and essential aid.
B) Providing assistance to start small businesses for economic development and facilitating government support.
C) Conducting employment training camps.
D) Conducting skill Development Programme.
4. Nature-based assistance:
A) Supporting farmers through the provision of agricultural equipment, seed supplies, and water conservation aids.
B) Taking steps to protect the Environment.
C) Implementing projects such as Tree planting to develop eco-friendly Environment.
D) Natural farming, soil quality improvement, and sustainable agricultural practices.

Free Eye Campaign
Sight is the greatest of all the human senses, the soul’s window to the beautiful world that we dwell in. With the spirited assistance of Ramachandra Medical hospital team, we had successfully organized our first “Free eye camp” at Okiyampaakam village. It concentrated on providing quality service and individual attention to the impoverished. Food and beverages were served to all patients who attended the camp. We heart fully appreciate the effort of the doctors and our volunteers who made this very event a grand success. All the patients are treated and operated in Ramachandra hospital for cataract surgeries and vision problem
PROVIDED PLAYKITS FOR SHELTER HOME HOMELESS CHILDREN
approached by Nanthavanam Homeless Girls Shelter home for playkits. Maatram immediately provided them with kits as requested by the girls and the faces filled with joy on seeing the playkits tell the rest of the story.
Playkits can be given with exact names like bat, ball etc anna if required. I was able to see shuttle rackets , rings also
